  • What is hypnotherapy?
    Hypnotherapy is a relaxed state of mind where you are more open to suggestions that will facilitate positive change and access to issues that have been stored deep in the subconscious mind, allowing them to be safely explored and released.
  • How do I start?
    To begin send an email through the contact page with the issue you would like help with. I will then be in touch to set up an initial free chat via Skype or Zoom.
  • How many sessions do I need?
    Everyone will be different but generally expect between 3 - 6 sessions. Depending on the issue sometimes just opening it up and bringing awareness is all it takes and this is accomplished in one session. On the other hand more complex issues could take six or more sessions.
  • How do online sessions work?
    Online sessions are done through Skype or Zoom, after you have contacted me and booked a consultation via email. You will need a quiet space where you will not be disturbed and a comfortable, supportive chair or lounge. Headphones are preferable to clearly hear the therapist talk.
  • Are online sessions as effective as in person?
    Yes, hypnotherapy via an online session is just as effective as in person. Whether you are online or in person its about sitting back, relaxing, listening and talking with your therapist as they guide you through the hypnosis process via talk therapy, there is no physical contact.
  • What can I expect in my first session?
    In the first session you can expect indepth exploration, information gathering and by goal setting which will then be used to formulate the most appropriate treatment strategy specifically tailored for you.
  • How much do the hypnotherapy sessions cost?
    Personal consultations are $120 per hour.
