Hello, welcome to my personal bio, here you can read a little more about my story and to get to know me better, as there's more to me than meets the eye.
I am someone with a strong spiritual connection, a passion for health and healing and a strong desire for helping others.
In my quest to find my life purpose I studied a Bachelor of Science at Flinders University, Psychology at The University of Adelaide, Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy at Endeavour College of Natural Medicine, plus many other certificates in Fitness and Business Management.
While in high school I rowed with the South Australian Institute of Sport and won numerous local regattas, as well as gold at State level and at the Australian championships, I also rowed for the University of Adelaide while studying there and won 2 gold medals at the Australian Intervarsity Games.
My desire to help others and be of service led me to join the Royal Australian Army Corps as a Field Medic in the FWD 3 Field Ambulance. After many years serving in the army I moved to live in Japan where I taught english at two elementary schools and a junior high school in the Chiba/Kashiwa prefecture. When I returned I worked in various roles from administration, contracts and compliance, accounts and fitness instructor. During this time I also followed my creative passion for movement and dance and taught ballroom and latin, belly dance, zumba dance fitness and ballet. I have spent many years leaning different types of dance and it has been a joy to teach others. I finally found my calling when I enrolled in an NLP course and then specialised and furthered my training and qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy. Having worked in various different jobs and traveled far and wide, I have learned and experienced a lot in my lifetime and dealt with people from all walks of life young and old. I bring a myriad of life experience and knowledge into my work.
Some of my passions that I like to engage in for fun and relaxation include yoga, surfing, archery (targets only), hiking, playing the banjo, guitar and piano, mandala drawing, horse riding and keeping fit
